BRUXISMO, DISORDINI TEMPORO MANDIBOLARI E DOLORE OROFACCIALE
Responsabile e coordinatore, insieme al prof. D. Manfredini, dei Progetti di Ricerca Multicentrici Internazionali “AWAKE BRUXISM ASSESSMENT AND CLINICAL CORRELATES” e “ BRUXISM: CURRENT CHALLANGES AND INNOVATIVE TREATMENT” come guest editor del Journal of Clinical Medicine.

-Studio clinico controllato sull’efficacia dell’artrocentesi con posizionamento di membrana amniotica o di acido ialuronico nei pazienti con artrosi dell’articolazione temporomandibolare.
- Correlazione tra disordini temporomandibolari e bruxismo della veglia e del sonno: studio sperimentale su pazienti.
- Studio di associazione tra bruxismo del sonno e bruxismo della veglia; nuove metodologie di valutazione.
- Associazione tra la personalità cronotipo e i comportamenti muscolari nel bruxismo del sonno e della veglia.
- Prevalenza del Bruxismo e delle attività parafunzionali della lingua in una popolazione di giovani soggetti sani: una innovativa metodologia di valutazione.
- Nuove metodologie per la valutazione del bruxismo del sonno e sintomatologia correlata: studio di associazione tra self report STAB e un dispositivo inter-occlusale.
